I just discovered copyscape.com. It allows you to find out whether anyone out in cyberspace has stolen any of your written work. Using the site, I found out that 10 people have been stealing my article on hominoids of Australopithecus. I have to go fire off some angry emails.
Thanks to a comment by Hashim I discovered that I could use MSN Messenger, AIM and Yahoo Messenger through Google Talk. Although it wasn't easy, its definetly nice to have everything in one place. I also like the way Google Talk allows you to save your IM conversation right in your mail. Now if they would only give Google Talk more functionality, like sending files and creating groups, that would be great.
I needed a new hard drive because something is the matter with the one I am using right now. So I took one out of a computer that nobody uses and installed it into my computer and to my surprise it only had 630mg of space. I never new internal hard drives came with less space than a gig. It had DOS on it. Must be real real old.
My other surpise of the day was the snow. I looked out the window when I woke up in the morning and thought it did not snow as much as it was predicted because they did a real good job of clearing off the parking lot. Later on a dude in NYC asked me how much snow we got cause he said it really came down on New York. I told him it only snowed a few inches, maybe half a foot. Then later on another dude from Columbia, MD asked me how I was liking all the snow that had dropped on us. I was like what snow? and I had to go out and check it out my self. To my surprise, it had actually snowed like a foot and half. Damn.
I am regretting upgrading to AIM Triton. The installation puts AIM Explorer on your computer. I also does not like the way it does not automatically sign you on when you start up your system. I have check checked Auto Sing In. I know there is an AIM hack available online somewhere but I don’t want to take chance with that.
As a Ravens fan, I was very saddened that the Pittsburgh Steelers won the Super Bowl. But Hines Ward won the MVP award and he is one of the nicest guys in the game and I was happy for him. The half time show was terrible. I, however, have yet to enjoy any Super Bowl halftime show. The commercials were terrible as well. The best one I would have to say was the Nextel one where he throws the cell at his friend when his friend tries to reach for his wallet.
