Random Ramblings

* it is mad hot in my room. I need to get a fan

* the cicadas are almost gone. Thank goodness. I am tired of avoiding them; trying not to step on them on the sidewalks, twisting and turning so they won't crash into me, and putting my earphones volume to maximum so I won't have to hear them. On the same note, I am glad the lightening bugs are back. They are beautiful when it is pitch dark outside.

* there aren't too many black faces lined up to pay their respects to Reagan

* The College Dropout is the best album of 2004

* when is Hunger For More coming out? I also can't wait for Happy People/You Saved Me

* I just installed OpenOffice.org on my computer because the WordPerfect program I had on my computer disappeared. OpenOffice.org is not Microsoft Office but it will do. Plus it is compatible with Microsoft Office.

* Windows me sucks. I need to get Windows XP

Don't get Windows XP Home or you'll be pining for the days of yore and Windows ME. If you have to have Windows, spend the bux and get XP Pro. Really.

Windows ME does suck esp. if you want to try out itunes.
